Executor Skin Editor (scale type skins)

1. Download the .zip or .skn file and open it in Executor, if it's a zip file Executor (2.2.6+) will automatically unzip and use it.
2. In Executor you can also type "-skin [path-to-downloaded-file]" or just "-skin" to open the skin settings, and "-skin o" to browse for skin file.
3. Optionally in "Settings" -> "List" also run the "Run list appearance wizard" to tweak the list text/icon size and font etc.
